We are currently pusuing the Open College Network accreditation system, with the aim of introducing a scheme for clients in the second half of 2008. We are also reviewing a number of ad hoc short-term project related accreditation options eg inclusive First Aid Training certifcates for clients, volunteers and the management committee, as well as CIEH awards in food hygiene and preparation.

We have also launched an internal PASTEL reward & recognition system for our clients which started last Autumn. We have been awarding our own client achievement certificates (with accompanying award ceremonies) as well as regular attendance rewards. These plans will be further developed in 2008 by the PASTEL Panel.
