Stakeholder Workshop held (24/11/07) with representatives
from parent/carers, tutors and senior officers from Suffolk
County Council. Although a great deal of formal feedback
had already been gained earlier in the year through the
PASTEL Client Panel and parent/carer surveys, this was an
opportunity to meet in an informal setting and receive a
summary of achievemnts through the year and plans for next
year and to hold a group discussion. A few new queries and
suggestions for further volunteer/mentor involvement were
noted, to be followed up. After the discussion, attendees
had the opportunity to observe the client workshop in action.
The clients put on a drama/dance/mime performance with a
basketball theme and age-appropriate rap music for backing.
The audience reaction was extremely positive - "fantastic!"
- and clients were glowing with the praise!
PASTEL exhibited at, and participated in, the Suffolk
