PASTEL employs a battery of monitoring and evaluation tools, including client group discussions (PASTEL Panel), client one-to-ones, Parent/Carer surveys and PASTEL Stakeholder Workshops.

The last Parent/Carer questionnaire survey was in August 2007(4months after the new workshops started at the end of March) and the last PASTEL Stakeholder Workshop took place on November 24th, 2007, after the last major milestone for last year - the client's shadow puppet show on October 25th.

Both exercises will be repeated in 2008 at roughly the same times.
