By car, heading up the A12 from Ipswich, heading for Lowestoft

Stay on the A12 past the first turning to Saxmundham (and Benhall), and you'll come to a staggered junction for the B1119 - also sign-posted for Saxmundham and heading towards Leiston)). You turn right onto the Rendham Road, past a new housing development on your left and Brook Farm Road. Further up the road , just past the water-tower, you turn right into Seaman Avenue, with the offices for Ensors on the corner and which leads straight to the Saxmundham Middle School. As you pass the Fire Station on your right, there is a road off to the left (before the Ambulance Station) with a Suffolk County Council Sign to the centre. As you turn left into this side road the Fromus Centre is in front of you fronted by a large circle area of grass. Watch out for the mini=speed bumps in the road...

The Fromus Centre is also 10 minutes walk from Saxmundham Rail Station - situated mid-way on the Ipswich to Lowestoft line. As you get off the train and come out the exit, turn right into Albion Road. Walk to the end and you'll be on the Rendham road. turn left and walk up the road - past Mill Road on your left and Fairfield Road on your right - until you see Seaman Avenue on your left. walk down Seaman Avenue past the fire-station on your right and then turn left into the road just before the Ambulance Station. The romus Centre should be facing you...

Most local buses stop at the Saxmundham Rail Station.
