PASTEL is an independent organisation that seeks to innovate and collaborate with others (particularly in Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk) in order to significantly improve opportunities for young adults with learning difficulties.

We have started a series of meetings with related organisations to establish some early synergies, particularly in Essex, Kent and other parts of Suffolk, and look forward to collaborative working relationships.
